Qualifying 1st pairs must include any of the Premium ARC’s ( HVLL UV, HVLL Blue, Full Control, Meiryo) or Premium Sensity light reactive enhancements and include Sensity 2, Sensity Fast, Sensity Dark.
Please ensure that the qualifying 1st pair are ordered and captured first with Hoya to ensure accurate pricing.

All free 2nd pairs, unless stated, are 1.5 index pre-tinted stock. (please refer to promo doc for exact 2nd pair offer – it is first pair specific).
Tinted 2nd pairs can be Hard coated only (upgrades available)
The 2nd free pairs will be 1.5 index unless first pair is 1.6 Rx or higher, in which case a 1.6 index pair can be selected.
Free 2nd pairs are intended for the same patient, and scripts must match either distance or reading Rx (Cyl and Axis).
2nd pairs cannot be substituted for 1st pair discount or non-qualifying lenses.
Free 2nd pairs need to be ordered within 30 days of qualifying 1st pair and within the promotional period.

Recommended selling pricing is based on 2025 Optical Assistant Medical Aid tariffs and calculated at the respective index from which the upgrade is made.
